Mr Youssef is very kind helpful and considerate explained the findings and reassured me, Mr Youssef was amazing. He informed me of all the pros and cons of my operation so I could make an informed decision. He was kind and I didn’t feel rushed at any point during my consultations. The surgery went well, my scars are tiny and neat. I can’t recommend him enough, a very good experience with a very professional surgeon. I’ve had several operations for various things over the years and this has been my best experience to date. The operation has been life changing, I feel like I’ve got my life back as all my pain has disappeared, Thanks to mr Youssef and his team.
My consultant Mr Youssef delivered excellent treatment. I did put pressure on him to try and operate earlier and at all times he was patient and understanding of my situation. When he himself was probably feeling pressured. I did feel I had to wait longer than expected for the apedicectomy and was concerned it might rupture. Whether this is due to Covid or how you at Spires run the business I will never know.
