Dr Good was very thorough and took the time to explain in great detail the treatment. Options were discussed and pro and cons given appropriate considerations. All of this was done with honesty in an area where data is still being gathered about the best treatment options.

I found Dr James Good to be a warm caring professional man. He delivered sensitive information in an empathetic way. My consultant Mr Youssef delivered excellent treatment. I did put pressure on him to try and operate earlier and at all times he was patient and understanding of my situation. When he himself was probably feeling pressured. I did feel I had to wait longer than expected for the apedicectomy and was concerned it might rupture.
